The Founder

Maša Anđić

Pleione was founded by Maša Anđić, a senior EMEA sales leader with nearly 25 years of experience in global enterprise environments.

She built her career working with leading global organizations, including IBM and Deloitte, operating across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in complex, high-stakes business environments.

Her background combines formal education in engineering and business with advanced executive education at FER, IE Business School in Madrid, and London Business School.

In addition, among other professional certifications, she is a certified coach through IBM and holds a degree in applied depth psychology.

This rare combination of engineering precision, systems thinking, business acumen, and deep understanding of human behaviour is what she brings to the table — shaping a distinct approach to how organizations operate under complexity.

This approach led to the development of the B.E.A.T.S.® methodology.

Today, her work focuses on helping organizations stabilize the human systems behind performance — enabling clearer decision-making, stronger execution, and more consistent results.
